Charlie Gray

Charlie has been leading the people operations of technology and media companies for the past 15+ years. He was instrumental in managing the growth of the advertising team at Google, helped to develop the company's HR framework, and for 6 years led the company's sales hiring with close to 50% YOY growth and the highest of hiring standards in the industry. Since then he's provided executive HR and operations leadership at other start-ups, including RecycleBank and Patch, and has consulted at several industry-leading companies including SoundCloud, ShareThis, Foursquare, Paperless Post and Dstillery. Before Google, Charlie managed recruiting and HR at tech magazine publisher Ziff Davis Media, and before that led recruitment for a national healthcare provider that grew from 300 employees to 10,000 over 4 years.
