Nate Risdon

Nate Risdon is the Program Director for the Brehm Center. Originally from Northern California, he calls Southern California home now where he resides with his family. He and his co-presenter have been bringing students to SXSW for four years to consider its deeper meanings, implications and influence on culture and society around the world toward a common good. Music is a connecting force that brings people together from all corners of this world. As a maker, participant, and observer of music, he is interested in music's power and ability to move people and that this is an important thing to consider whether you are a maker, a shaper, a influencer, or a consumer (or all of above).
