I'm co-founder and CEO of BP3, a process innovation company focused on BPM and process transformation. We started as a professional services company and applied startup techniques to our services business. Along the way we've built a software and maintenance revenue stream.

I regularly speak at conferences about BPM and improving process with software, but I love to talk about subjects I'm passionate about like recruiting, college recruiting, building a team, and building a culture.
