Jessica Koslow

She has been called "downright revolutionary" (Mark Bittman), is credited with popularizing avocado toast and breakfast bowls (New York magazine) and has appeared on multiple "new, notable chef" lists (Food and Wine, LA Magazine). She's Jessica Koslow, who started out canning jam and today runs LA's so-popular-even-goop-loves it breakfast hot spot, Sqirl. She just came out with her first cookbook, Everything I Want to Eat, and will be opening a new restaurant in spring 2017.
