Adam Bridgman

Adam Bridgman joined Holt Companies in 2015 as the Director of Corporate Finance. He leads the investment sourcing, analysis and diligence for potential strategic and capital partnership opportunities for Holt Companies, which includes Holt CAT, and the Holt Family Office. Adam led the effort to establish a formalized corporate venture arm, Holt Ventures, and will serve as Director and point person for investment candidates.

Adam has executed direct investments on behalf of Holt Companies and the Holt Family Office across many different categories. The investments have included start-up companies in the industrial, retail/consumer, financial services and hospitality sectors across the product and service spectrum: software, services, intellectual property, and hard goods.

Previously, Adam worked for J.P. Morgan in Houston in their leveraged finance group focusing on debt origination. While at J.P. Morgan, he covered Holt CAT and led the financial analysis, operational discussions and deal execution of Holt CAT’s largest syndicated bank debt transaction.

Adam is an angel investor and serves as a partner of Nextgen Angels. He appreciates the tenacity of entrepreneurs and strives to support the startup ecosystem as a whole.

He graduated from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business with a Master’s in Professional Accounting and carries an active Certified Public Accountant license.
