Britta Erich

Britta Erich of Creative Europe Desk Hamburg has been involved in film and TV all her life. After university, she worked for many years as an Assistant Director and Unit Production Manager, mostly for German tv productions abroad, followed by many more years as a producer of creative documentaries at a Hamburg based company where amongst other tasks she was in charge of international co-financing.

In 2008 she started to work at Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Hamburg, promoting the MEDIA program which is the EU’s support scheme for the audiovisual industry in Europe and beyond. She’s a senior consultant to the applicants, organizes pan European events on film festivals and takes care of the press.
