Elizabeth Frazee

Elizabeth is co-founder and CEO of the all-women, technology and telecommunications lobbying shop TwinLogic Strategies. Named a “Top Lobbyist” by The Hill newspaper, Elizabeth's career in Washington includes high-level jobs on Capitol Hill, executive experience at leading tech and entertainment companies, and years of successful representation of companies, trade associations and non-profits as a policy advocate and political strategist.

A native of North Carolina, Elizabeth began her career working for her home state Senator. She later served as press secretary for the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and ran the legislative office of then-freshman Representative Bob Goodlatte, who now serves as Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

Elizabeth has been a director of government relations at the Walt Disney Company and vice president of public policy at AOL where she ran its Congressional team. She and co-founder Sharon Ringley launched TwinLogic in 2009.

Elizabeth holds a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
