David Snead

David Snead is a seasoned Internet advocate. He is the co-founder, board chair and chair of the policy working group of the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (I2C), an industry trade group formed in 2012. As policy chair, he is responsible for the I2C’s policy portfolio including patents, privacy, national security, Internet governance and trade, and enhancing cooperation in Internet governance. The group believes the continued growth of the Internet is vital for growing an environment of innovation and seeks to engage in ways to foster success of the Internet and Internet infrastructure industry. Mr. Snead is also General Counsel of cPanel, the largest web hosting automation platform.
