Hi -

I help business leaders strategically think about how they can best use modern digital technologies (social, mobile, cloud, analytics) to achieve their missions, whatever they might be (protect good guys, find bad guys, sell things, deliver services, create memorable experiences).

Accomplishing this typically involves involves building and leading teams of super talented people and:

1) gaining insights from conversations, facilitated group discussions, analytic tools or documentation;
2) drawing on whiteboards, napkins, or computers to visualize key problems and their piece parts
3) presenting solutions and plans to implement them in the form of easy to understand stories

When I'm not doing techie stuff, I am in the studio writing or recording original songs with super talented musicians. I've got a singer-songwriter artist project and I cowrite songs for other artists too.

On top of all this, I've got four wild children under the age of 10 - so I can't remember the last time I slept through the night.
