Kate Oppenheim
In 2010, Kate joined Ari Kuschnir as a Partner and EP to transform m ss ng p eces into a new wave production company designed for the incoming generation of creatives leading integrated campaigns for broadcast and digital platforms. The company’s mission to find and create the what’s next in storytelling has resulted in heralded work for the world’s leading brands and agencies, and accolades from the Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, Clios and the Tribeca Film Festival, among others. By 2015, m ss ng p eces had catapulted to Creativity’s Production Company A-List. In her five years at the company, Kate has been instrumental in building a diverse roster of talent on the traditional and digital fronts. Last year under her leadership, m ss ng p eces produced one of the very first live action cinematic campaigns in Virtual Reality for Dos Equis’ Most Interesting Man in the World campaign. She was also instrumental in one of the company’s biggest interactive film projects to date, Pepsi’s global soccer project for the 2014 World Cup. Kate has spoken at numerous industry events including recently at the Cannes Lions and Percolate’s Transition Conference, and serves as a member of the AICP National Board of Directors. This year, Kate was singled out by Northside Innovation as an “Entrepreneur Who Risked It All”.
