Sarah Kim

Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah Kim. I completed training in both internal medicine and pediatrics at UC Los Angeles (2008) and went on to specialize in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism also at UCLA (2010). Because I was (and remain) especially interested in the field of diabetes, I did an Advanced Diabetes Fellowship at UC San Francisco and have stayed on as a faculty member since 2011. I practice at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital where I and my colleagues care for the medically underserved. I am the director of the Adult Diabetes Clinic (and do some adult and child obesity treatment as well). I treat people with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes on a daily basis and am passionate about delivering the best care that I can.
