Neel Shah
Dr. Neel Shah has been listed among the “40 smartest people in health care” by the Becker’s Hospital Review, and profiled in the New Yorker Magazine, CNN, and other media outlets for his efforts to improve patient care. He is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, where he maintains an active clinical practice as an ob/gyn that includes delivering babies, providing primary care, and performing surgery.
Dr. Shah founded Costs of Care, a global NGO that curates insights from clinicians to help delivery systems provide better care at lower cost. He is an expert in designing, testing, and spreading system interventions that improve the safety, affordability, and experience of patient care.
