Trans dad and public health expert who is taking hard left to start a social justice initiative, Tellus Who. I cherish the hard won lessons learned through decades of doing LGBTQ cultural competency trainings and technical assistance in a cross cultural arena. Through that work I have learned that when we tell compelling stories about different people's lives, it is nearly impossible for bigotry to flourish. Now, I am looking to tell stories and spur action by combining the tools of the entertainment industry + social media + social justice. Watch for the Tellus Who project launch in Spring 2017. In my free time I'm a father to three teens, leader in the Rhode Island Hiking Club, avid climber, and novice ukulele player. Always up for smart people and more laughter.
