Ted Conroy

Ted Conroy is a digital experience manager for IBM's Global Conference and Event teams.

His role includes assessing and implementing the latest mobile technology for event apps, along with app deployment for IBM's flagship events, including IBM InterConnect and IBM World of Watson.

Ted also leads agile teams to execute custom digital experiences for both IBM and 3rd party events that leverage cognitive technologies. Examples include the World of Watson Session Expert, which used a chatbot powered by IBM Watson Converstion to deliver session recommendations to prospective attendees.

A triathlete and 2x marathon finisher, Ted found the intersection of mobile and human experience using the popular app Strava to train for events.
