Aaron Perzanowski
Aaron Perzanowski is a Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he teaches courses in intellectual property, telecommunications, and innovation. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law and Kenyon College.
His research addresses topics ranging from digital copyright to deceptive advertising to creative norms within the tattoo industry. His book with Jason Schultz, The End of Ownership, argues for the retention of the notion of personal property in the digital economy. His book with Kate Darling, Creativity Without Law, explores the ways communities of creators challenge the assumptions of intellectual property law
