Alex Mizrahi

Alex Mizrahi is a digital copywriter at SapientRazorfish. He started his career in the entertainment industry in LA—most notably as an assistant at the talent agency CAA—before moving to New York to pursue advertising. With a BA in Journalism from GW, Alex has always been passionate about news, the media, and news about the media (so meta); he also took to social media quickly (#RIPFriendster). The two converged in 2012 when, frustrated with the clickbait clogging his Twitter feed—most glaringly from @HuffingtonPost—he created @HuffPoSpoilers. In April 2013 the account caught on, and in the years since has led to press coverage, imitators, and a wider push back against the scourge of clickbait.
