Rachel Whitney has spent over 15 years leading the charge of Nashville's next generation in music marketing, streaming, and tech. After co-founding an interactive marketing agency in town, Rachel joined Borman Entertainment as Director of Digital Marketing where she produced and executed marketing strategies along with managed streaming relations for the entire management roster Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, and more. In 2015, she then catapulted into the executive spotlight heading up country music programming for Pandora and YouTube growing both platform audiences to millions of listeners through editorial content. The six-time Billboard Country Power Player is now at the helm of Spotify as the Head of Editorial – Nashville where she continues to expand country music's global evolution.
