Adrian Perry

Adrian Perry is a technology and content transactions lawyer at Covington & Burling LLP in New York City with a particular interest in music/tech issues, though his practice spans content licensing/distribution, privacy counseling and data commercialization, intellectual property licensing, technology/software services agreements and other commercial transactions involving technology, software and intellectual property. Adrian brings significant experience in the entertainment and media industries to his legal practice. He is a third generation musician and has toured internationally, done session work and licensed his music for film and TV. He worked for two seasons at Saturday Night Live, in the music dept. and the film unit, and was an A&R consultant for Sony Music for several years. He is focused on bringing his varied experiences to bear to help be a problem solver in the content/technology space.
