Kar is a design strategist at SapientNitro. She recently relocated from the London office, where she worked on digital transformation and service design programmes.

Kar is passionate about digital ethics. She wants to transform our one-size-fits-all design process to build more meaningful, less homogeneous products and services. Along with her London-based colleague, Will Anderson, she's been working on new tools and methods to evolve our design process in London and Hong Kong and will be bringing these to SXSW in Austin, Texas this March.
