Jon Zellner

Jon has worked in the media industry for nearly 30 years and with over 75 markets across the country. His experience includes senior management positions at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment, Sirius XM Satellite Radio, CBS Radio and many others.

Jon joined iHeartMedia (formerly Clear Channel) in 2009 and currently oversees National Programming and Operations for the company's 858 radio stations in 158 markets. He spent nearly five years as Executive Vice President of Programming for Sirius XM overseeing 100+ music and entertainment channels and broadcast operations.

For nine years, Jon was Vice President of Top 40 and Hot AC programming for CBS Radio and VP of Programming Operations for WBMX and WODS Boston and VP of Programming Operations for KMXV, KSRC, KFKF and KBEQ Kansas City. Jon also worked as an OM, PD and On-Air Talent at KZZP & KOY-FM Phoenix, WNCI & WXGT Columbus, WKZL Greensboro, KYIS Oklahoma City and KTHT Fresno.

A recent Senior Programmer of the Year award winner at the Worldwide Radio Summit, Jon is also a four-time Billboard OM/PD of the Year, four-time Radio & Records PD of the Year, four-time Kansas City Media Professionals PD of the Year, three-time Friday Morning Quarterback Programmer of the Year, two-time Gavin PD of the Year and a five-time winner of Radio Ink's “Best PDs in America.” He also served for six years on the Board of Governors and currently serves on the Radio Advisory Council for the Children's Miracle Network, on the faculty for the Confer Radio Institute and on the iBiquity HD Radio Leadership Team.
