With over 20 years of performance training experience, Lance is currently the Global Director of Performance at Michael Johnson Performance (McKinney, Texas) where he directs global operations in the USA and internationally.
Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Oklahoma. Lance is a former NFL, NCAA, and High School S&C coach as well as published author, former human performance lab coordinator, NIKE Master Trainer/Performance Council Member, and exercise science researcher. Performance coach, registered physical therapist, adjunct professor and clinical instructor with over 25 years of sports performance training and sports medicine experience spanning over 30 professional, elite, collegiate, and high school sports. Current and past athletes include First Round NFL/NBA/CHL/MLB draft choices, Olympic Gold medalists, World Champions, World Record Holders, Champions League Stars, and Hall of Famers.
He brings an extensive background in both strength and conditioning and sports medicine. He has presented internationally in over 20 different countries across 6 continents. He is a husband and father, a coach of coaches. He is an aspiring fisherman and innovator. Hack and thief of all things exceptional.
