Dr Tom O'Neill

Tom is a professor of organizational psychology and Co-founder/Director of Research for Work EvOHlution. He is a leading expert in the areas of team dynamics, distributed teams, conflict management, personality, and assessment. He is director of the Individual and Team Performance Lab and the Virtual Team Performance, Innovation, and Collaboration Lab at the University of Calgary.

Tom has facilitated sessions with many teams in industries such as oil and gas, municipalities, gas and electrical utilities, engineering, financial, and education, to support capacity and high performance through assessment and development planning. He has spoken at many conferences and industry trade shows over the years. Tom’s experiences with industry include a variety of assessment, psychometric, and organizational behavior topics, including measures of personality traits for Workplace 2.0, Tomorrow’s Workplace, and other WORKshift programs, and psychometric assessment creation.
