Dale Nirvani Pfeifer sees the potential in social media as a true force for good. Her company, Goodworld, makes charitable giving on social media simple, viral and secure. Goodworld was recently named one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company magazine and DC Startup of the Year.

Earlier in her career, Dale ran Victoria University's Center for the Study of Leadership. Last year she was named New Zealand Woman of the Year and the Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
