Ken Ulman is the President of Margrave Strategies, an innovative strategic consulting firm that provides a comprehensive array of economic development, planning and visioning services to institutions, businesses and other groups throughout Maryland and the mid-­Atlantic. As Chief Strategy Officer, Ulman is charged with executing Greater College Park, an initiative that is focused on dynamic academic spaces, enhancing the Baltimore Avenue corridor and creating a robust public-private research enterprise.
