Kevin Cogill

Less notoriously, Kevin Cogill is an accomplished technology leader with decades of experience in digital content and advertising, and architecting complex ad networks for the likes of Gorilla Nation and Comcast. He most recently was CTO of the Venice, CA-based agency Rey Interactive, and CTO of Google Ventures-backed Republic Project, acquired by DG in 2013. He now heads Dot Squirrels, a successful digital agency based in Culver City, CA, directly serving the likes of Sony and Warner Bros., and other household names, by providing digital strategy and development.

More notoriously, he runs Antiquiet.com, a fiercely independent music outlet with a staff of a dozen writers, known for putting content before advertising, and occasionally the law. Since being founded in 2007, Antiquiet has continued to survive by doubling down on quality, despite dwindling advertising revenue across the industry, the downward spiral of the "click bait" / pageview economy, and more than a few visits from the FBI.
