Thavidu Ranatunga

Formerly with Microsoft, Groupon and IBM, Thavidu now leads the Technology side of Fellow Robots, revolutionizing the future of the Retail experience. He has been programming since he was 8 years old and has a wealth of experience in a wide variety of software development areas, encompassing everything from web technologies to embedded systems. However, his strongest passion is for all things Machine Learning (especially Neural Networks), Computer Vision and Robotics. Thavidu graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Software Engineering majoring in Mechatronics. He also ranked top 10 in the Australian Informatics Olympiad.
