Kelley Shields

Kelley A. Shields is Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Ericsson Inc. Her career as an attorney has focused on developing federal policy positions and advocating on behalf of the technology and telecommunications industries before the Administration, Congress, and federal agencies.

At Ericsson, Ms. Shields works to promote a legislative and regulatory environment that supports technological innovation, focusing on a broad portfolio including emerging technologies, security, privacy, tax and trade. Prior to joining Ericsson, Ms. Shields represented technology and telecommunications companies ranging from startups to multinational corporations as an attorney with Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, a DC-based law firm. She also worked in the judicial branch of the government as a Law Clerk to the Chief Judge of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Hon. J.L. Edmondson.
