Jenica Welch

Jenica Welch is a Senior UX Design at GE Health where her main focus is designing experiences for radiologists. She is passionate about instilling a user-centered design approach in engineering driven organizations and improving collaborating between engineers and UX designers.

Prior to working at GE, she was both an Interaction Designer and Software Group Manager at National Instruments. At NI, Jenica helped build a UX team and nudge NI towards a user-centered design process.
As a designer, her main focus has been enabling scientists and engineers to design UIs to acquire, analyze, and present data.

When Jenica is not at the office, she is a mom, wife, craft enthusiast, and weaving printing dilettante.
