Hillary Burgess

Hillary is a citizen science practitioner with a passion for bringing together science and society, research and action toward solutions to environmental issues. As the Science Coordinator for the Coastal Observation and Seabird Survey Team, she is sits at the interface of project development, participant training, data management and delivery to data users. Her big goal is to further the real and perceived scientific merit of citizen science while facilitating experiences that are meaningful and education for participants.
