Karson Humiston

At the age of 24, Karson Humiston is a precocious entrepreneur and cannabis career expert. While studying abroad in Copenhagen at the age of 20, Karson founded On Track Adventures. It turned into a successful, student-run travel organization that she sold two years later so she could jump into the rapidly emerging cannabis industry. At 22 years old, Humiston founded Vangst Talent Network to connect professionals across all sectors into the cannabis industry. Vangst has since been recognized as the cannabis industry's leading staffing agency, filling over 1,000 positions in 2016 ranging from entry to executive across the country. Vangst has hosted career fairs in Colorado and California, which have attracted hundreds of companies and thousands of job seekers. Vangst currently has offices in Colorado and California and Humiston is working to expand her business into new markets through developing a new technology that will streamline the job-hunting process in the cannabis industry.
