David Clopper

David currently serves as a senior collection analyst in the Office of Strategic Programs within the CIA’s Directorate of Analysis. David began his intelligence career as an civilian intelligence operations specialist with the US Army’s Intelligence and Security Command, but has spent the past 16 years working numerous accounts at the CIA, including serving as an intelligence educator in the CIA’s Sherman Kent School for Intelligence Analysis, where he was responsible for leading the effort to train new and mid-career analysts on best practices in working with intelligence collectors.
