Kassy Rodeheaver is the Lead Librarian for Business at Sno-Isle Libraries, which covers two counties just north of Seattle, Washington. Kassy's work is focused on the development of system-wide library services to the small business/entrepreneur community, with an emphasis on building effective partnerships with groups that serve the entrepreneur/small business owner community.

She previously worked as the Grants and Nonprofit Information Center Librarian with the Pima County Public Library in Tucson, Arizona. During her five year tenure, she provided collection development, program planning, budget management and outreach. She also served on the library’s Economic & Workforce Development Committee helping to implement the Idea+Space pilot program focused on providing support to nonprofit, small business and entrepreneurial communities.

Kassy was honored by the Arizona Library Association with the Emerging Leader award in 2013, and was recently nominated for the Emerging Leaders of Snohomish County award in in her new role for Sno-Isle Libraries.

Kassy earned her Master’s Degree in Information Resources and Library Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
