Julian Jenkins
Julian Jenkins is Vice President and head of Innovation, Performance and Technology for pharmaceutical clinical research platforms at GSK, a science-led global healthcare company that makes medicines, vaccines and consumer products. He is accountable for managing performance, setting strategy and maintaining operations of a state-of-the-art clinical infrastructure.
He also leads the innovation agenda for the area, with a focus on harnessing digital technologies to transform the way clinical trials are conducted at GSK.
He is GSK’s representative on the TransCelerate Biopharma oversight committee, and sponsors the e-Source project within this pan-Pharma consortium.
He has published extensively in the areas of oncology, hematology and infectious disease drug development.
Julian is a native of South Wales, and has a PhD from University of Nottingham Medical School in the UK.
