Dan Navarro’s eclectic resume includes “songwriter,” “recording artist,” “singer”, “voice actor”, “road warrior” and “advocate.”

Dan has written and co-written songs for Pat Benatar (Grammy nominated “We Belong”), The Bangles, Dave Edmunds, The Temptations, Dionne Warwick, and Austin legend Rusty Weir.

As artists, Eric Lowen & Dan Navarro logged a dozen albums, widespread Triple A airplay and 1500 gigs before Eric’s retirement in 2009, and passing in 2012 from ALS. Dan set out solo in 2006, and continues to tour constantly, with a new album coming in 2017.

Dan’s songs have appeared in Pitch Perfect 2, Talladega Nights, One Tree Hill, Nip/Tuck, Gilmore Girls, American Dad, The Office, Walker Texas Ranger, Melrose Place, MTV and VH1.

As a singer and voice actor, Dan has appeared in The Book Of Life, Happy Feet, The Lorax, Pan, Rock of Ages, Ice Age 2 & 3, Family Guy, American Dad, sung on albums by Luis Miguel, Andrea Bocelli and Neil Young, voiced videogames Fallout 4 and Uncharted 4, and hundreds of commercials in English and Spanish.

Since 2013, Dan has served as SAG-AFTRA’s National Vice President - Recording Artists, and is a past president of Folk Alliance International.

He thinks sleep is for babies and is registered as a known abuser of acoustic guitars.
