Tyler Blackburn
Rising star Tyler Blackburn is one of Hollywood’s most exciting and versatile young actors.
Blackburn is best known for his work on the Freeform drama PRETTY LITTLE LIARS, where he accumulated a large fan base for his portrayal of the dark and mysterious character 'Caleb Rivers.' The show has received an array of nominations and awards, including several Teen Choice and People’s Choice Awards. Blackburn’s performance garnered him three consecutive individual Teen Choice Awards. His success on PRETTY LITTLE LIARS led to Blackburn continuing the same character on the ABC Family spin-off RAVENSWOOD.
Blackburn recently completed the film HELLO AGAIN, based on composer Michael John LaChiusa’s off-Broadway musical which debuted in 1994 at Lincoln Center Theatre. It earned eight Drama Desk nominations and has since been performed in numerous languages by theatre companies around the world. The film follows “10 lost souls who skip across 10 periods in New York City history, slipping in and out of one another’s arms and beds in a daisy-chained exploration of lust’s bittersweet embrace of love.”
Tyler can currently be seen in the independent film LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED?, directed by Kim Rocco Shields. Blackburn stars opposite Elisabeth Röhm, Briana Evigan, Emily Osment, and Jeremy Sisto. The film, based on the award winning short of the same name, is a provocative look at bullying in a world where being gay is the norm and heterosexuals are persecuted.

In addition, Blackburn portrayed the male lead in Alloy Entertainment’s web series WENDY for which he sang several songs including their theme song, “Save Me.” Other television work includes guest spots on the Nickelodeon series GIGANTIC, UNFABULOUS, and COLD CASE on CBS.
