Patience Marime-Ball
Patience Marime-Ball is a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, focusing on seed and early stage investments in gender diverse/women-led start-ups. Most recently, she was Managing Partner and CEO of Mara AdVenture Investments, part of the Mara Group. She developed and was the Global Head of Banking on Women at the International Finance Corporation.
She was Vice President, Project Finance Group at Mizuho Bank in New York City where she was involved in the acquisition of power generation assets and greenfield infrastructure developments across the United States and Mexican markets. Patience's career at IFC also included four years working on distressed assets in Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa.
Patience serves on the Board of the International Center for Research on Women, as well as the Advisory Boards of two early-stage companies.
Patience holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a JD from the Pritzker School of Law at Northwestern University
