James Thompson

James Thompson has been Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Diageo North America Inc. since September 2015. Prior to that he served as Global Managing Director of Diageo Reserve, and Chief Marketing Officer for Asia Pacific, Global Travel and Middle East. Mr Thompson has also been President of Global Marketing, White Spirits/RTDs at Diageo, and President of Guinness Canada, as well as European Marketing Manager for Unilever earlier in his career. James has been a Director of The Advertising Council, Inc. since April 13, 2016.
