Michelle Bacharach

Michelle Bacharach currently serves as Founder & CEO with FINDMINE, a position she has held since 2014. FINDMINE is an award-winning retail technology that uses machine learning to scale the currently manual and tedious process of product curation (e.g., creating outfits, sets of decor, compatible electronics, ingredients for recipes, etc.), whose customers include billion dollar apparel brands, multibrand retailers, and high fashion leaders. Michelle is a thought leader in the retail technology industry, having spoken to over 2000 retail executives at the National Retail Federation Conference, and has been sought out by some of the top consulting firms and publications for her opinion on current retail trends, particularly as they relate to digital experiences, automation and artificial intelligence.
