Bobby Sahni
Bobby Sahni is a veteran and thought- leader in the multicultural marketing and advertising industry. Bobby was the Head of Multicultural Marketing at Rogers Communications and has been a pioneer in developing, executing and managing diversity and multicultural marketing initiatives for numerous top-tier corporations. He is Co-founder and Partner at Ethnicity - a multicultural marketing & advertising agency dedicated to helping companies drive new growth and sales by engaging North America’s ethnic and new immigrant communities. Clients at Ethnicity range from Telus, Pepsico, Acura, Del Monte, Entertainment One, Scotiabank, Kruger Products, Direct Energy, Golf Canada, Disney and CAA to name a few.
Bobby has earned national and international recognition for his work including multiple marketing awards in Canada and the United States. Bobby also loves teaching, having guest-lectured at many universities and regularly speaks at industry events and conferences across North America. Bobby earned his joint MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Schulich School of Business at York University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and has also studied internationally in Hong Kong, Miami and Germany.
Bobby sits on the advisory board for Imagine Canada, Seva Food Bank and Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer. He was previously on the Board of Directors for the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce, Reel Asian Film Festival and Punjabi International Film Festival. Bobby is married and has two young children. His hobbies/interests include ice hockey, 90's hip hop and a little acting/MC work on the side.
