Since 2010 I've directly overseen social strategy, content development, programming and community management for MTV, which has grown in total footprint from ~1M fans and followers to 220M+. Oversaw digital and fan engagement strategy for all MTV linear series from 2010-2014, including Jersey Shore, Teen Wolf, Skins, Awkward, Faking It and Ridiculousness. In 2014, I took on heading up MTV News' newly created Growth Team, leading a data-driven programming and audience acquisition unit focused on scaling pageview traffic, streams and revenue for the MTV News editorial and original video business. I continue to oversee all social strategy for MTV's biggest events of the year, including the MTV Movie Awards and Video Music Awards (VMAs). Throughout, I've partnered with Viacom's Business Development, Sales & Integrated Marketing leadership, supporting innovative ad products and revenue opportunities by building out new creative and strategic infrastructure -- a recent example is the launch and growth of MTV's Snapchat Discover channel.
