An advertising and branding expert with 20-plus years as a partner to clients at such prominent consumer brands as General Motors and American Express, Susan has built diverse teams and recruited talent of all types – from brand strategists and creative directors, to CMOs, digital czars and graphic designers.
Her career experience includes eleven years at one of Madison Avenue’s most recognized agencies, founded by the legendary adman Frank Lowe, culminating as president and CEO of IPG-owned Lowe Worldwide, New York, a 600-employee shop with over $1 billion in accounts. Susan also knows the thrills and challenges of recruiting and retaining talent in entrepreneurial settings, having spent eight years at boutique firm, THINKTOPIA, where she was a partner, followed by a stint leading her own agency, CLEARBLUESKY.
Susan joined Red Peak as president in June 2015 and was promoted to CEO less than a year later. During her tenure, the global brand consultancy has grown significantly, adding MetLife, Pfizer, and AmorePacific to its roster, which also includes Intel and Acer. She is a frequent commentator on brand strategy and leadership. She’s often quoted in industry publications including Adweek and Digiday, and has written articles published by Advertising Age, The Drum, Huffington Post and more. Susan lives in New York City with her three teenage daughters.
