Vivian Lin

Vivian left UW-Madison and her job as a linguistics professor in 2008. When she discovered the field of Design Research, something just clicked. Now a Design Strategist at Design Concepts, she enjoys working together with clients to understand the "whats" and "so-whats" of their users' needs, using those insights to envision possible futures, and creating roadmaps that can help them get from the here/now to an ideal future state.
