James is the founder of We Grow Startups, a marketing consultancy for startups and other high growth potential companies. He has previously worked with leading UK brands such as Diageo, Accenture and Panasonic, developing their marketing & communications strategies and helping to manage millions of pounds worth of advertising spend - most of it ending up in the pockets of Google, Amazon, Facebook and Apple. In 2016, his SXSW session covered the rising phenomenon of adblocking. His speaking style has been described as the unholy alliance of "data and jokes".
