Edwin has lead teams across a variety of areas, from product management and marketing, to new services and corporate strategy development. Currently he is leading the growth efforts for the hiring platform Fitzii, who help small and medium sized organizations hire better, faster, and more affordably. Edwin’s passion is to help build a world where most people love their work. And that’s what he believes will happen if more organizations increase empowerment and engagement through self-management practices.
