Michael Hirschman

Michael is passionate about his purpose in life as a servant leader, champion for right and as an innovator. He has a background that includes a career serving in law enforcement, security services, in the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligence Officer, as a systems engineer with TRW, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Lockheed and IBM supporting many government agencies such as: DoD, NRO, CIA, NSA, NGA, NOAA, DOC and NASA as well as being an entrepreneur business owner. Michael has leveraged his experience working on several multi-million and multi-billion dollar classified government contracts to develop technology that affects positive change in people under community supervision who are in the criminal justice system with mental and behavioral issues. His work in the corrections industry has provided great insight into the needs of this market and an understanding of the required solution, all of which guided his focus to a pro-social, evidence-based, dignity-restoring model of recovery.
