Director of global boutique PR agency; Bresi-Ando consults and founder of I’mPOSSIBLE - Simone Bresi-Ando is a PR that has propelled various global brands over her 10+ years working across UK, US and Africa.

Simone is also a female empowerment activist who founded I’mPOSSIBLE, a global social enterprise in 2009 that helps women and girls of colour define success, joy and wellbeing on their terms.
highlights the successes of women and girls of colour, uncovers role models from this group and creates digital conversations as safe spaces to to provoke growth and self determination. The organisation has held events at the BBC, House of Commons and L'Oreal's studios both in London and New York.

Simone is also an accomplished public speaker (being a member of the BBC Experts Academy), social commentator and writer. She is sought after for comment on issues of popular culture, PR, race, women and intersectionality and has featured on the BBC, CNN Channel 4 News or Guardian media outlets.

In 2013, Simone was given the Leadership Award by Women: Inspiration and Enterprise (WIE) for her outstanding work promoting the rights of women and girls; she now joins a long list of prestigious recipients such as Queen Rania of Jordan and Princeton Professor, Anne-Marie Slaughter. Later that same year, Black Girls Rock! gave Simone a televised salute for her work empowering and highlighting the achievements of women of colour.
