Shannon Harner

Shannon Harner has been practicing law in the state of Nebraska for more than 20 years and is also licensed in the state of Massachusetts. She has focused her practice in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Corporate Transactions and Creditor’s Rights. Ms. Harner has been in-house with HomeServices of Nebraska since 2007 and expanded her work to include HomeServices’ Omaha sister company, CBSHOME, in 2009. She currently serves as the General Manager and Chief Legal Officer for Nebraska. Harner has been active in the Nebraska State Bar Association, having served as Chair of both the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section of the Bar as well as of the Women and Law Section. Ms. Harner received her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she majored in English and minored in Music and History.
