With a marketing background, 20+ years of restaurant experience, and a personal desire to eat a quick, nutritious meal, I debuted Snappy Salads March 17, 2006. Snappy Salads is an outpouring of my personal and business philosophies based on leaving this world healthier than the way I found it. Snappy Salads has been awarded “Best Salad,” “Best Soup,” ”Restaurant Neighbor,” named Plano’s first “Green Business,” and was one of Dallas’ “100 Fastest-Growing Companies” by SMU Cox School of Business.
