Brazilian journalist with a postgraduate degree in strategic planning from the Universitat Ramón Lull (Barcelona, Spain). Has worked for several strategic brand consultancy agencies in São Paulo until she co-founded, in 2015, Think Eva, a consultancy agency specializing in marketing brands to women. Think Eva has partnered with high-profiled clients such as YouTube, Facebook and Pfizer. Nowadays, Maíra is the account manager for Avon and she coordinates Think Eva’s strategy for the brand’s digital team. She is also a director at Think Olga, a feminist non-profit based in São Paulo, and the founder of the Olga Sport Club campaign (which main goal is to empower women through sports). Maíra has conducted the first Brazilian research about participation in sports with a gendered lens. The results were brought out during an event hosted in the Museu do Futebol, in the Pacaembu Stadium.
