Caio Baptista Antonio
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Caio is a black, gay 25-year old creative who's helping to reshape the way brands and marketers partner up to create great content and generate relevant discussions for society. He's community manager at Mutato, a branded content agency part of the WPP company.
He started working with advertising in 2012 and is passionate about copywriting and discussing social issues and problematizing taboos. He graduated four years ago at Mackenzie University, in São Paulo. His journey started as a community manager for the social media channels of Saraiva, one of Brazil's key bookshop chains. At Mutato, he also worked for brands like YouTube, Google and HSBC. A year ago, Caco started working with Avon, co-creating the digital campaigns as part of the agency's creative team. His work has made huge impact on discussions regarding gender and diversity in the ad industry, which posed him as a key speaker in open courses and industry events.
